► Safeguard Account Credentials Customers must protect their Customer ID, passwords, PINs, OTPs, debit card details, and all other authentication information.
► Do Not Share Confidential Information Login credentials, OTPs, card details, and other confidential information must not be shared with any third party, including Bank staff.
► Use Only Authorized Bank Channels Customers should use only official Bank channels such as the Bank’s website, mobile application, and branch counters for transactions and service requests.
► Immediate Reporting of Suspicious Activities Customers must immediately report the following to the Bank through designated customer support channels:
(A)Any suspicious or unauthorized transactions
(B)Phishing calls, emails, SMS, or fraudulent websites
(C)Loss or compromise of debit cards, credentials, or mobile devices
► Maintain Updated Contact Details Customers should ensure that their registered mobile number and email ID are updated with the Bank to receive transaction alerts and security notifications.
► Follow Cyber Safety Advisories Customers are advised to follow cyber safety guidelines, alerts, and awareness communications issued by the Bank from time to time.
► Cooperate During Investigations Customers are expected to cooperate with the Bank during investigations of suspected fraud or cyber incidents, including providing necessary information or confirmations, as required.
